Delivery & Pickup:

All tulips will be available for pick up during the week of March 13th at the location where they were ordered. Online orders can be picked up at CHPC, 20 W. Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood, or in our Fredonia Office, 3780 Eagle Street, Fredonia
Orders of 15 or more tulips may be placed and are eligible for special delivery to your home or business during the week of March 14th

you can donate tulips to a Hospice patient.
