Because of the generosity of supporters, Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care is able to provide care to patients and families regardless of their insurance coverage or ability to pay. It also allows us to provide care above and beyond the minimum level required by Medicare including services such as music therapy, pet adoption and grief counseling to schools and organizations when tragedy strikes.
Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization (tax ID #22-2432409), so contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Memorial gifts are also important and are a thoughtful way to express sympathy and gratitude. If you wish to contribute, an acknowledgment of your gift will be sent to the person(s) you designate without reference to the gift’s monetary value.
Are you required to make a Required Minimum Distribution (“RMD”) from you retirement savings? These distributions can be made directly to CHPC and reduce your taxable income. We also welcome gifts that are possible by designating Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care as beneficiary of a retirement account or life insurance policy.
