Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care is a Membership Organization. Our members include families we’ve served, staff and volunteers, and community supporters who believe in the dignity, comfort, and compassionate care that every person deserves at the end of life.
Membership matters because it sustains our mission and strengthens our community voice. Membership dues help provide critically needed funds to support patient care and bereavement programs. And the more members we have, the louder our voice becomes when advocating for hospice and palliative care in Chautauqua County.
