Our Annual Service of Remembrance and Memorial Butterfly Release allows families and friends to remember their loved ones with a short program and live butterfly release. Anyone who would like to remember a loved one is welcome to
participate in the service and memorial. This hybrid event offers two options:

1) The event will be livestreamed from a link on this webpage on Saturday, June 1 at 1:00pm. This recording will be available after the event on our webpage and Facebook page.

2) Join us for our live recording and butterfly release outside our Lakewood office on Saturday, June 1 at 1:00pm.

Butterflies will be available for pickup on Saturday, June 1 between 10:00am and 12:00pm at our CHPC offices in Lakewood (20 W Fairmount) and Fredonia (3780 Eagle St) If you live out of the area and would like to purchase a butterfly in memory of your loved one, our staff will release it following the online service on your behalf.

Butterflies are available for purchase using our order form below. More than one person may be memorialized by a single butterfly. You  may also submit names for our memorial listing without purchase by clicking the button below.
